These terms cover your host's service from Let's Tour. Please read them before you book. Your hotels, activities and other travel services are booked through Fora Travel and are also covered by Fora's booking conditions and each supplier's own terms.
Let's Tour is a trading name of Keith Lyndon Adams, a self-employed tour host (autónomo) based in Granada, Spain. Contact: hello@letstour.org.
Host fee. How much we refund depends on how long before your arrival date you tell us in writing:
| When you cancel | Host fee refund |
|---|---|
| 60 days or more before arrival | Full refund |
| 30 to 59 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| Less than 30 days before arrival | No refund |
Hotels and activities. These follow each supplier's own cancellation terms, which we show on your quote before you pay. Some are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, taken out as soon as you book.
Some costs are shared by the whole group, such as a private flamenco night, a boat, transfers and the host fee. If people drop out, those costs are shared among the remaining guests, so the price per person goes up. We'll send an updated quote. Individual guests who drop out follow the cancellation rules above for their share.
If we cancel your trip, for example through illness, unsafe conditions, or because a motorbike day ride doesn't reach its minimum of 2 riders, we'll refund your host fee in full. We'll help you change or cancel your other bookings, which follow each supplier's terms.
We're responsible for providing our hosting and guiding service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under consumer law in the country where you live.
If something isn't right during your trip, tell your host straight away so we can fix it there and then. If it's still not resolved, email hello@letstour.org within 28 days of your return. Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available on request.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. This doesn't affect any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
