Who we are

Let's Tour is a trading name of Keith Lyndon Adams, a self-employed tour host (autónomo) registered with the Spanish tax authority and based in Granada, Spain. Our website is letstour.org. For anything about your data, email hello@letstour.org.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a quote from our price calculator, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it
• details of your trip: the journey you picked, dates, group size, budget and activities
• anything else you choose to tell us

The price calculator works entirely in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent to us unless you press "Send me this quote".

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare your plan and quote
• to arrange and manage your trip before, during and after you travel

We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Our form and email providers, which receive and store your enquiry.
• Fora Travel, the travel agency we book through. Hotels, activities and other travel services are booked and paid through Fora, and Fora's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes for your booking.
• Venues and suppliers, but only what they need to run your booking, such as a first name, group size and dates.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with a booking, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you book, we keep your details for up to 2 years after your trip for follow-up and our records, or longer where Spanish tax law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and UK GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct, delete or send you a copy of the data we hold, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@letstour.org and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or, in the UK, the ICO.

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
